The conference banquet will take place on the evening of Thursday 12th July at 7pm. The venue is the Great Hall in the Kensington Conference and Events Centre, which is located Kensington Town Hall. This is a 20 minute walk from Imperial College or a short taxi ride.

Salmon coated with artichoke pesto and served with braised savoy, Champagne cream sauce and roasted baby potatoes with seasonal vegetables

Wild mushroom, marjoram and aubergine roulade served with green bean herb and leek fondue, in a light tomato glaze

Caramelised orange cheesecake with passion fruit coulis
Fresh filtered tea/coffee and after-dinner mint chocolates
