Instructions for speakers

If you are presenting at ICOSAHOM, please note the following guidelines:

• Minisymposium talks are 25 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes for questions
• Contributed talks are 15 minutes long, followed by 5 minutes for questions

Due to the large number of talks at this year’s ICOSAHOM, we ask all presenters to limit their presentations to the above timings. Each room will be equipped with:

• a laptop or lectern computer running Windows 10 with PowerPoint
• a USB laser pointer/slide clicker

You are welcome to either use these computers, or use your own laptop for presentations. HDMI connections will be available in all rooms. Rooms will be available during lunch and coffee breaks for the purposes of testing your talks.

Should you have any issues, helpers will be available on each conference floor wearing blue ICOSAHOM t-shirts.
